Operational Functions. The Company undertakes various project import clearance & consultancy. The area mainly
covered are;
Classification of goods as per BTN(Brussels Tariff Nomenclature) along with the uses and function of the material.
Registration of Project at the customs House prior to the import.
Advise on segregation of different items as per Chapter wise or Heading wise for the ease of assesment.
Checking of all documents & incoterms to enable to provide right information to the Customer & Assessing offer of Customs.
Scrutiny and Examination of proper classification of items to be imported with the help of supplier's catalogue, design, use and function of the goods.

It possesses sufficient expertise in its personnel to comply with customs authorities queries technically.Turnkey services includes a constant watch on all points of the operational function like - Assessment at Customs, Appraisement at Dock, Survey of Cargo, its re-export after importation and all undertaking for submission to customs authorities and their compliance in time accordingly.
Counting/Tally of Cargo to ascertain the condition of goods at the time of landing. We also undertake rectification of wrongly shipped or air freighted cargo.
We undertake transportaion of Cargo through our registered transporter namely ATO(I) Ltd. ABC Transporters.
Maintenance of zero gap communication with all departments of customs, ports, surveyour as well as client regarding status of the job in progress.
Finalization of the Project Reconciliation job.
