Mr. ABHIJIT BASU, the Chief Executive Officer has been active in this trade for over I3 years. He has complete knowledge and experience in the customs Clearing and Forwarding Trade and is proud holder of UN' class licence for Customs, Dock and Airport. He is thoroughly conversant with Exim Policy, Classification of goods operational function at Dock & Airport, Customs / Excise, notification circular ESL other case history to enable to get the duty exemption benefit. In these I3 years of association in this trade, Abhijit Basu has handled various critical projects to the entire satisfaction of his client.

 

Some of the project handled by him are;
• NTPCS TALCHER PROIECT Customs Assessment in the year 1993 to the tune of 45 crores.
• Export of boiler project of M/S. 1sec ]ohn Thompson to the tune of US $ 10,000,00 in the year 1995 and completed in record time in the year 1996 to Uganda.
• Durgapur modernization project to the time of 60 crores in the year 1992 — 93.
• Successful Recovery of refund claim of INR 2.75 crores against Excess Duty paid under display in the year 1995 -96 by Orissa State Electricity Board under Hirakud I & II Unit renovation & Modernization Project with the government of UK.
• M/s Shannon Engg. Corporation, Export of galvanized sheet shearing plant to Bangladesh to the tune of Rs. 12 crores.

 

 

Mr. SUBHASH CHANDRA ADAK, retired Customs Officer Superintendent, Customs House, Kolkata and presently a proud holder of "A" Class Licence for Customs, Dock and Airport Clearance. He has working experience in customs of different departmental work for about 33 year from l959-92. Thereafter, he joined Lee & Muirhead Pvt. Ltd. as Customs in charge for project work . He is also on the Board of Advisors for Customs Authorized CSLF Agent, Nepa Agency & Co. Private Limited. He has successfully handled clients like National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and undertaken various Customs Appeals on behalf of his clients. He has gained valuable experience by service Central Roadline Corporation (P) Ltd., chemicals Limited import consignment to the tune of more than INR l6.0 crores, He was a senior advisor of M/s Toyo Engineering Ltd., Kolkata.

 

 

Mr. SUSAM GHOSH, the General Manager has been engaged in this trade for the last 15 years. He is very active, energetic & thoroughly conversant with Customs & Port operational functions. He has lot of contribution towards this company with his innovative ideas & Plan to achieve targeted business as well as to control systematic operational function borh at customs & Port. He is the recipient of. Rule — 9 passed certificate form Customs House, Kolkata. He is the only authorized Signatory {or all Customs & Dock related matters & other issues.

Mr. MADHAV MANI RA]BHANDARI, the Managing Director started this company with two or three employees & with his hard labour, sincere efforts and sharp business acumen took the company a healthy sharp & new dimension. He directly controls all Bulk Cargo Consignment like fertilizer, Pet Coke, Met Coke, Rock Phosphate, Edible Oil etc. In his 30 years of business he has handled more than 60 vessels of bulk cargo. He frequently conducts training at all levels to induce better mindset commitment, efficiency, professionalism & productivity.
